The-two day event begins with 36 holes, Saturday, followed by the final 18 on Sunday.

The Club at Savannah Harbor measures out at par-72 over 7,287 yards and will be home to 18 squads this weekend; in addition to the Govs, the Ohio Valley Conference will be represented by Belmont, Jacksonville State and Tennessee Tech, with Bethune-Cookman, Butler, Columbia, Delaware, Florida A&M, North Dakota State, Northern Kentucky, Omaha, Savannah State, South Carolina Beaufort, Valparaiso, Washington and Lee and Wright State joining the host Tribe to round out the field.

A young team fills out the lineup for head coach Robbie Wilson‘s squad this week. Freshman Micah Knisley, whose four rounds at par or better during the fall tied him with sophomore Garrett Whitfield second among the Govs, will slot in at No. 1, with junior Michael Busse and his 73.36 stroke average at No. 2 and Whitfield himself at No. 3.

Last year at this event, Busse used a final-round 70 to place third overall, sinking a tournament-high 15 birdies and earning his first career OVC Men’s Golfer of the Week honor.

Sophomore Chase Korte, who closed the fall with back-to-back top-10 finishes and a seventh-place showing to close out the semester at the Pinetree Intercollegiate, will play at No. 4, with junior Austin Lancaster closing it out at No. 5.

Last season, this was the preamble to the Fort Lauderdale Intercollegiate and the first victory of Wilson’s Austin Peay career. It also marked the jumping off point of the finest golf to date of Lancaster’s career, the first of three straight top-20 finishes he enjoyed to open the spring campaign.

Live scoring for the event will be provided via GolfStat.com; a complete recap of each day will be available at LetsGoPeay.com, with periodic scoring updates on Twitter (@AustinPeayMGO).
