Nashville Zoo gets an Aardvark

Nashville ZooNashville, TN – Nashville Zoo is pleased to announce the arrival of Winsol, its very first aardvark.

One-year-old Winsol arrived from Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden this past weekend and has been adjusting to Nashville life in the HCA Healthcare Veterinary Center Neonatal Animal Care Room. Guests are able to say hello through a outdoor viewing window.

Winsol will be a part of Nashville Zoo’s Ambassador Animal program, participating in daily animal shows and walking around the Zoo for animal encounters.

AAA reports National Gas Price Average Jumps Eight Cents on the Week

AAATampa, FL – With an eight-cent jump on the week, at $2.62, the national average continues to trend more expensive since mid-February. While today’s national average is nearly a quarter more expensive than last month, it is only two cents more expensive than last year at this time.

“Thanks to increasing demand and tightening gasoline stocks across the country, March gas prices came in like a lion and will not go out like a lamb,” said Jeanette Casselano, AAA spokesperson.

Clarksville Police reports Missing Juvenile Tai Harrell now a Wanted Person

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Since October 2018, Clarksville Police have taken out twenty four juvenile petitions for Tai Harrell’s involvement in property and traffic related crimes.

He has been linked to multiple incidents of auto thefts, credit card fraud, and evading police. He has managed to evade capture through a network of people willing to hide him and also through Tai Harrell’s disregard for the public’s safety by recklessly fleeing from police in a motor vehicle on multiple occasions.

The Clarksville Police Department has updated Tia Harrell's status from Missing Endangered Juvenile to a Wanted Person. He is wanted for runaway, auto theft, burglary, felony evading, reckless endangerment, credit card fraud, to multiple counts of aggravated assault.
