Clarksville Police are looking for Mark Broaden Jr. for shooting that left a man paralyzed

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – As the Clarksville Police investigation advances in the shooting that took place March 23rd at 83 Cedarcrest Drive, the detective was able to identify Mark Broaden Jr., age 19, as the person responsible for the shooting which left an 18 year old man paralyzed.

Broaden had previously been a co-worker of the 18 year. When the two got into an argument inside of a car, Broaden pulled out a handgun and shot the 18 year old as he attempted to flee the vehicle.

The 18 year old also sustained injuries to his lung, ribs, and liver and is still receiving medical care for his injuries.

Clarksville Police are looking for Mark Duane Broaden Jr., age 19, height 5’11, weight 160 lbs, with black hair, brown eyes. He has a Criminal Attempt (Homicide) warrant on file.

Also, police still would still like to talk to Melvin Thomas, age 20 about his potential involvement with the shooting.
