Clarksville Gas and Water reports Tobacco Road Water Outage, Lane Closure

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department has turned off water service on a section of Tobacco Road from Tiny Town Road to Hadley Road for emergency water main leak repair.

The southbound lane of Tobacco Road has also been closed between Tiny Town Road and Sturdivant Drive to allow for the water main leak repair work.

Lane Closure

Motorists are advised to slow down and be alert to workers and their equipment when approaching the work site.

Low water pressure may also affect area residents during the work.

The water main repair is anticipated to be finished and water service restored by approximately 3:30pm.
