Clarksville Police arrest Brady Goodwin for Tampering with Evidence at College Street Shooting

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have charged Brady Robert Goodwin, age 25, with Tampering With Evidence in conjunction with the homicide investigation at 1006 College Street in which Eric Hardy, age 26, died.

Goodwin was seen on video surveillance picking up items up off the ground, presumably shell casings, and removing them from the scene just prior to police arriving on scene. After further review of the video footage, several shell casings were believed to be missing from the scene.

Brady Goodwin was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, this morning, Monday, July 29th, 2918, around 9:00am. His bond is set at $250,000.

The 44 year old man who was shot that night has been released from the hospital.
