Omaha, NE – Nashville Sounds fall to the Omaha Storm Chasers 8-5 Tuesday night at Werner Park. The Storm Chasers collected five hits – including three triples – off Nashville starter Tim Dillard in the opening inning to jump out to an early four run lead.
Adalberto Mondesi, Chase d’Arnaud and Erich Weiss had triples and Rudy Martin added a double as the Storm Chasers opened an early 4-0 lead.
Nashville got a run back in the second and trimmed the deficit to 4-1 when Jett Bandy lined a two-out single to right-center to score Matt Davidson.

The contest with the Bears is the Titans’ fourth and final preseason contest before kicking off the regular season. They open against the Browns in Cleveland on September 8th.

Fortera Credit Union creates Cleveland “Mario” Richardson Memorial Endowment for APSU finance students
Clarksville, TN – The Austin Peay State University Foundation (APSU) recently received a contribution from the Fortera Credit Union to establish the Cleveland “Mario” Richardson Memorial Endowment in memory of APSU alumnus Cleveland “Mario” Richardson (’10).
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be enrolled full-time with a major in finance. The award is renewable for recipients who continue to meet the criteria each year.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to identify a man who broke into a business at Tiny Town Road and Arbor Street on Thursday, August 22nd, 2019 around 12:30am after the business had closed.
He took an undisclosed amount of money and other items from the game machine.
The man was in the business earlier before the break-in occurred.
Clarksville, TN – As soon as I started meeting other bikers in Sturgis, who came from all over the country, I quickly learned that everybody comes to this rally for different reasons.
Some came to be with friends that they only saw this time of the year. Others came in groups to have a good time, see all the performers and just let their hair down.
I met many couples who were making their way to the West Coast, where ultimately they were going to ride the Pacific Coast Highway in California.
