Blanchfield Army Community Hospital observes Labor Day, Training Holiday

Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH)Fort Campbell, KY – In honor of the national observance of Labor Day, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) personnel will observe the federal holiday Monday, September 2nd, 2019, therefore all outpatient primary and specialty care services and pharmacies will be closed.

The Emergency Center, inpatient services, as well as supportive supplementary services will remain open to provide inpatient, acute and emergency medical care.

BACH Soldier and Patient-Centered Medical Homes, BACH’s primary care services, will remain open Friday, August 30th.

The Adult Behavioral Health, Child and Family Behavioral Health System and Women’s Health services will continue to see patients who have scheduled appointments.

Obstetrical patients less than 20 weeks with pregnancy related emergencies, should go to the hospital’s Emergency Center. Women who are greater than 20 weeks pregnant with pregnancy related emergencies, should go to the Labor and Delivery unit. BACH specialty and outpatient surgical services will close for a Day of No Scheduled Activities Friday, August 30th. Emergency care will not be affected.

BACH Pharmacies will also operate on a DONSA schedule, Friday, August 30th and consolidate services. The Town Center Pharmacy will open from 8:00am to 5:00pm and the main hospital, Byrd and Screaming Eagle Medical Home pharmacies will open from 8:00am to 4:00pm Friday, August 30th.

Although LaPointe Pharmacy and Campbell Army Airfield Pharmacy will close Friday, these patients may utilize either the main hospital or Town Center Pharmacy. The Town Center Pharmacy will operate normal Saturday hours, Saturday, August 31st.

Patients can book or cancel appointments through www.tricareonline.com 24/7 or through BACH’s Appointment Line at 270.798.HOSP (4677) or 931.431.HOSP during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm. The Nurse Advice Line is available by calling 1.800.TRICARE (874.2273). For behavioral health services, patients may call 270.412.3247.

Individuals enrolled in TRICARE Secure Messaging Service may communicate directly with your care team during normal business hours.If you would like to enroll in secure messaging, you may enroll at https://app.tolsecuremessaging.com/.

All BACH services will open normal hours Tuesday, September 3rd.
