Clarksville-Montgomery County area TDOT Work starting September 13th, 2019

Nashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports that in Montgomery County there will be resurfacing and curb ramp installation on SR 12 nightly from 7:00pm until 5:00am.

There will be lane closures on SR 12 (Fort Campbell Boulevard) between Red River Bridge and the SR 374 junction.

Lane Closure

Cheatham County

Resurfacing SR 12 from SR 455 to Davidson County Line
Daily from 8:00am until 4:00pm, there will be lane closures for resurfacing on SR 12 from SR 455 to the Davidson County line.

Davidson County

Daily from 9:00am-3:00pm, there will be rolling roadblocks on I-65 northbound between MM 92 and MM 95 for blasting.

Monday, September 16th from 10:00pm-3:00am, the I-40 westbound exit ramp to Broadway (209A) will be closed for attenuator replacement.

Interstate 440 Reconstruction
Daily from 9:00am until 3:00pm, there will be a right lane closure on SR 6 (Franklin Pike southbound) at LM 5.5 for bridge work.

Nightly from 9:00pm until 5:00am, there will be lane closures and temporary ramp closures at the I-440 and I-65 interchange. There will also be intermittent ramp closures at Nolensville Road.

Starting Wednesday night, September 18th, and continuing nightly, from 9:00pm-5:00am, crews will begin shifting traffic to inside lanes from Brightwood Avenue to I-65. At least one lane will remain open in each direction.

From now through August 2020, I-440 will be restricted to two travel lanes in each direction from 5AM-9PM and one travel lane in each direction from 9:00pm-5:00am.

Interchange improvements on I-24 at Hickory Hollow Parkway
From now through February 2020, The I-24 westbound off-ramp at Hickory Hollow will be shut down to reconstruct the ramp.

Nightly, 8:00pm-5:00am, there will be lane closures on I-24 eastbound between MM 60-62 for construction activities.

Look Ahead – Thursday, September 19th, 8:00pm-5:00am, Friday, September 20th at 8:00pm through Saturday, September 21st at 3:00pm, there will be temporary closures of the two outside eastbound lanes on I-24 at Old Hickory Blvd for barrier wall removal, asphalt, and concrete paving. Two lanes will remain open at all times.

Resurfacing on US 70 (SR 1) from the Cheatham County line (LM 0) to south of Harpeth Valley Road (LM 5.19)
Daily from 9:00am until 3:30pm, there will be a temporary lane closure for guardrail installation and paving. At least one lane will be open at all times.

Saturday September 14th and Sunday September 15th from 6:00am-6:00pm, there will be lane closures for paving and striping.

Robertson County

Nightly starting Monday, September 16th from 8:00pm-4:00am, there will be intermittent lane closures on I-65 between MM 108-117 for paving work.

Sunday, September 16th from 6:00am-8:00am, there will be a lane closure on I-65 northbound at exit 112 for Comcast work.

The resurfacing on US 41 (SR 11) from Lights Chapel Road (LM 4.30) to US 431 (LM 9.32)
Nightly from 7:00pm-6:00am, there will be temporary lane closures on SR 11 for milling and traffic signal installation.

From now through spring 2019, the bridge at LM 9 will be reduced to one lane for repairs. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary signal.
