The Governors will host familiar foes Tennessee State, Evansville, and Lawson State who return to Clarksville for the second straight year.  In addition, Lane and Bethel from Tennessee along with Rust College and Blue Mountain out of Mississippi will also be in attendance.

Last time the Govs hosted their home meet, Austin Peay finished runner up to Evansville. The Governors are looking to change that and top Evansville with strong runs in this season’s meet. Emmaculate Kiplagat will continue her campaign trying to add another top-15 finish this season. Molly Howard looks to make another strong statement just like last season where she placed in the top 10 individuals.

Mikaela Smith will work to continue her hot start and match her top 20 (16th) from last year. Larin Harr intends on repeating her solid finish from last season when she placed 17th. Alura Endres will seek for an impressive outing compared to last year when she finished in the top 15.

Sara Martin hopes to keep her hot start going and prevail to another team top-four finish. Newcomers Keleah Shell, Alura Endres, Destiny Nicholas, and Sophia Wilson all are seeking to help the Governors in their first home meets.
