Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for Williams Harvey Ellis, age 30 who may have information related to the investigation into the shooting death of Ontario Marbury, age 31 which occurred in the 900 block of College Street.
Williams Harvey Ellis has two active Criminal Court warrants for Violation of Probation and Aggravated Burglary. Both are Hold without Bond warrants.
Based on previous history, Ellis should be considered armed and dangerous.
