From the CDE dispatch office: You may be receiving text messages that your power has been restored, but your power is still out. This is happening when CDE “believes” CDE has a particular group of customers back on, but pockets of areas remain out. If you receive a text like this and your power is not restored, please re-text OUT so a new ticket will generate.
