Clarksville Montgomery County Schools will have 2 hour delay, Tuesday

Clarksville Montgomery County School System (CMCSS)Montgomery County, TN – On Tuesday, October 29th, 2019, CMCSS says that Clarksville Montgomery County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay. The delay will allow drivers to have full daylight to avoid possible hazards such as low-lying or downed power and communication lines.

School Delay

Due to continued partial power outages, students should not report to New Providence Middle School. However, New Providence employees should report to the school.

Greenwood Complex remains without power; therefore, classes at Greenwood are canceled for Tuesday. Greenwood-based employees will receive information from their supervisors on where to report.

All other CMCSS employees should report at their normal times and locations.

Phone calls will be going out to parents and guardians of students whose bus stops will be impacted. PreK classes (regular and special ed) will not report. Both breakfast and lunch will be served tomorrow.
