Sam is a 3-year-old, 35-pound, neutered male basset hound mix. He is house trained and walks well on a leash. Sam gets along well with other dogs and cats and loves people. He listens very well, is very affectionate, and is a big lap dog. He is a little intimidating at first, but in the right home he will be a very loving and loyal companion.

Tigger is a 10-year-old female tabby cat with a loving talkative nature. She was surrendered by her sad owners because of landlord restrictions. She is spayed, litter trained, and up to date on vetting. Tigger is middle aged for a kitty, and has been lonely since her cat companions were adopted. She would love to have a quiet home where she can spend her retirement years.
