Clarksville, TN – City of Clarksville 2019 tax bills should start arriving in property owners’ mail boxes in the next few days.
The City Finance and Revenue Department has prepared 58,987 property tax bills, and they were mailed in batches on October 31st and November 1st.
Payment of City of Clarksville tax bills for all real and personal property is due February 29th, 2020. (Yes, 2020 is a leap year, and there will be a February 29th, so taxpayers will get an extra day to pay their bill.)
City property taxes may be paid in person at the Revenue Office, Suite 119, One Public Square, on the first floor of Clarksville City Hall. The office is open from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday throughout the year.

Tennessee law establishes two programs, Tax Relief and Tax Freeze, that provide for property tax assistance for low-income elderly and disabled homeowners, as well as disabled veteran homeowners or their surviving spouses.
