Clarksville Police Department to hold Neighborhood Watch Informational Meeting on Monday, November 4th

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) has received a great deal of positive feedback about the implementation of Neighborhood Watch Programs in our community.

To facilitate the implementation of Neighborhood Watch Programs, the Community Relations Unit will be hosting an informational meeting on how to start and maintain an effective Neighborhood Watch Program.

If you would like to volunteer to be a coordinator, block captain, participant or just learn more about establishing a program in your subdivision, you are invited to attend this meeting.

Topics of discussion will include:

  • What is a Neighborhood Watch/Crime Watch
  • The history and benefits of a neighborhood watch
  • How to organize a neighborhood watch
  • How to maintain a neighborhood watch
  • Current crime trends

Be part of a team to help keep your neighborhood safe!

This meeting is free and open to the public and we hope to see you.

It will be held at Clarksville Police Department, 135 Commerce Street, 6:30pm – 7:30pm on Monday, November 4th, 2019.
