CDE Lightband working hard to repair Fiber, Restore Broadband

Clarksville Department of Electricity - CDE - CDE LightbandClarksville, TN – CDE Lightband reports the mainline has been repaired on Nicole Road and Thrush Drive with a few customers still affected by individual issues. There are still other areas across town experiencing mainline damage on top of individual broadband issues.

As CDE continues to work the known areas, CDE wants to make sure we have not overlooked any broadband trouble tickets.

Those who have not received an update prior to today please reach out to our broadband department at 931.648.8151 option 4 or report your issue here www.cdelightband.com/get-support/

Our goal is to get those who are still experiencing issues with broadband to notify us (omitting those who we’ve spoken to recently or more than once). CDE wants to make sure all issues have been reported so we can continue to work through them and get everyone restored.

Customers needing storm debris pickup including limbs cut from downed trees can move the debris to the curb so the Clarksville Street Department can pick that up. Otherwise, customers may want to contact their homeowner/renters insurance company.
