CDE Lightband continues to make progress repairing fiber

Crews continue to repair the mainline fiber damage in the West Bel Air Boulevard, Gino Drive and Power Street areas. These locations should be restored Tuesday.

Repairs are also being made in the New Providence area to reinforce the infrastructure to avoid future issues. Crews will continue throughout Tuesday to repair all locations of damage and get everything back to normal operation.

Full CDE Lightband crews and support teams from other regional utility companies are working to repair and replace the damaged fiber as quickly as possible.

Customers who are experiencing fiber outages or problems should go to CDE Lightband’s website, www.cdelightband.com, to file a broadband service ticket; use the website chat system; or file a phone ticket by calling 931.648.8151 ext. 2.
