Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to identify a man that deposited a counterfeit check in a compromised credit union account.
Unknown suspect(s) unsuccessfully attempted to deposit several counterfeit checks for almost $5000 on a woman’s compromised credit union account. But, there was one successful deposit of a counterfeit check from a Nashville business to her account for $499.00 on September 19th in Clarksville.
The suspect and the vehicle he was driving were caught on surveillance footage.
