Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to locate a runaway juvenile Norman Starks, age 17, height 5’6″, weight 100lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
Norman Starks was staying with his brother at a Clarksville residence and left early morning on Friday, November 9th, 2019 and has not been heard from since then. Norman Starks has a history of running away.
Each time he has not voluntarily returned, and law enforcement in the locations where he lived had to intervene.
He left the house wearing a backpack and may be headed toward Nashville Tennessee.
