U.S. Food and Drug Administration - FDASilver Spring, MDThe U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued the second emergency use authorization (EUA) to decontaminate compatible N95 or N95-equivalent respirators for reuse by health care workers in hospital settings. This EUA will support decontamination of approximately 750,000 N95 respirators per day in the United States.

Tennessee Department of Health reports 228 new cases of Coronavirus in Tennessee, April 10th, 2020

 

Tennessee Department of HealthNashville, TN – On Friday, April 10th, 2020, the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) reports that there have been 4,862 confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Tennessee. That is up 228 cases from Thursday’s 4,634. There have been ninety four deaths in Tennessee because of the virus.

There have been five new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) reported in Montgomery County bringing the total up to eighty four. There has been two deaths in Montgomery County due to the virus.
