This year’s theme, “America the Beautiful,” pays tribute to the majesty of our great country. From the traditional Gold Star Family Tree to a gingerbread house replica of the White House—complete with the West Wing, Executive Residence, East Wing, Rose Garden, and First Ladies’ Garden—crafted from 275 pounds of dough, every piece of this year’s décor was chosen and completed with care.

Tennessee Department of Health reports 4,831 new cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus in Tennessee, December 1st, 2020

 

Tennessee Department of HealthNashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) reports that there have been 349,543 confirmed cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus as of Tuesday, December 1st, 2020. That is an increase of 4,831 cases from Monday’s 344,712. There have been 4,240 (+34) confirmed deaths in Tennessee because of the virus.

There have been   E I G H T   S I X   new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus reported in Montgomery County. The total is at 7,001. Eight of the new cases reported today were in the age group of 5-18 year olds. There has been eighty five deaths in Montgomery County due to the virus.

Montgomery County Trustee’s Office Saves Taxpayers Time, Money

 

Montgomery County Government TennesseeMontgomery County, TN – Montgomery County Trustee Kimberly Wiggins recently made the decision to suppress the mailing of 39,000 tax notices to Montgomery County homeowners whose taxes are paid by the four largest mortgage servicing companies.

This decision saves the taxpayers almost $15,000 in print and postage costs annually. In the past, tax notices were sent to all homeowners in Montgomery County regardless of whether their taxes were part of their mortgage payment or not.
