Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department (CPD) currently has a perimeter around a residence at Apache Village Apartments. CPD is attempting to negotiate with an individual who is experiencing a mental health crisis.
This situation is isolated to one residence, but we ask the public to remain in their homes if possible.
