Clarksville Police Department announces Franklin Street now open

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department (CPD) reports that Franklin Street is back open.

A single-vehicle wreck with property damage caused the road closure on Franklin Street near Ninth Street. A truck struck a light pole causing it to break and lean towards the roadway.
