Terry Taylor was at his very best Saturday against Eastern Illinois. And when the Govs needed him most, he answered the call one more time, banking home the game-winning three as time expired to send Austin Peay State University home victorious in a 74-71 decision against the Panthers.

Clarksville Police arrest Brandon Pratt wanted for Murder in Cape Girardeau

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On July 22nd, 2020, Clarksville Police Department Detective Nathan Lee was contacted by investigators with the Cape Girardeau Police Department in Missouri.

They requested assistance locating Brandon Pratt, who has active warrants on file for second degree murder and other charges stemming from a home invasion that resulted in the home owner being killed.

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are looking for Clarence Jamarr Smith, age 28 who is wanted for 2nd degree murder out of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. CPD believes Smith is still in the Clarksville area.

APSU Men’s Basketball gets decisive 84-59 win at Southeast Missouri

 

APSU Men's BasketballCape Girardeau, MO – On Southeast Missouri’s third possession, Quatarrius Wilson dunked. From that point, things got progressively better for the Austin Peay State University (APSU) men’s basketball team and progressively worse for Southeast Missouri.

The Govs locked down the Redhawks in the first half and ran away in the second, cruising to an 84-59 victory at the Show Me Center to remain unbeaten in Ohio Valley Conference play.
