She will outline her budget priorities, and offer specifics on public safety, better roads, and strong family recreation opportunities.

S.T.A.T. (Student Traffic Awareness Training) Class for Teens

Special session called

 

City of ClarksvilleClarksville, TN – Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan is calling a special session of the City Council for 5:00pm Tuesday, March 29th, in Council Chambers to discuss the supplemental Attorney General’s Opinion regarding the composition of the Power Board, which oversees the Clarksville Department of Electricity.

Because of today’s supplemental opinion, the Mayor wants to bring the City Council together to decide how the City should proceed. Among the topics to be discussed is whether court action should be instituted to bring the board into immediate compliance with the Municipal Electric Plant Law of 1935, or whether an ordinance should be passed to bring the board into compliance as the individual members rotate off the board.
