The Lady Wildcat’s outstanding starting pitcher, Heather Norris, got a complete game shutout victory with the help of some excellent defense played by her teammates. “I was proud of the girls. Clarksville High Lady Wildcats hold off Northeast Lady Eagles to Win District 10-AAA Tournament 8-6
The Lady Wildcats held off a late rally by the Lady Eagles to win the final District 10-AAA Tournament Championship game, 8-6. McKenzie Rose hit a three-run homer in her first at bat to give the Lady Wildcats a 4-1 lead at the bottom of the first inning. One day ago, the Clarksville Lady Wildcats waged a seven-inning battle against the Northeast Lady Eagles, both teams combining to score three runs and the Lady Wildcats losing 2-1. Northeast Softball’s Autumn Adams Steals Home to give Lady Eagles 2-1 win over Clarksville High Lady Wildcats
The top two seeds in the District 10-AAA softball tournament: The Clarksville High Lady Wildcats and the Northeast Lady Eagles- faced off at Clarksville High Tuesday, May 6th, and the game was decided by one play.
