Comedy on the CumberlandClarksville, TN – Last night Comedy on the Cumberland returned to Clarksville with a show held in the Roxy Regional Theatre. The fifth Comedy on the Cumberland show featured Karen Mills, Renard Hirsch, and Donnie Pollard; and was emceed by Hank Bonecutter. The proceeds from the show went to benefit the Clarksville Hunger Project; a program ran by Empty Bowls of Clarksville; benefiting the Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen, and the Urban Ministries Grace Assistance Food Pantry.

WJZM, 1400AM Radio StationClarksville, TN – Art Conn, the longtime host of Clarksville’s Best Buys joins WJZM radio as co-host of the ”The Bone Show”, Clarksville’s longest running morning show in 2011. Heard weekday mornings from 6:00am-9:00am on 1400 AM, and worldwide at www.wjzm.com, Conn becomes a part of the only morning talk show in the Clarksville/Fort Campbell market.

Comedy on the Cumberland rescheduled due to inclement weather

 

Clarksville, TN – Comedy on the Cumberland is once again coming to Clarksville on December 20th at 7:00pm. The Comedy event is being held to benefit the Downtown Kiwanis Club, and their children’s programs.

Humane Society of Clarksville – Montgomery County (HSCMC)Clarksville, TN – On Tuesday night, October 12th, the place to be in Clarksville was the Roxy Regional Theatre.  Four hilarious comedians rocked the house with laughter as the Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County benefited from a gala night.

Comedy on the Cumberland was the brainchild of Clarksville talk show host and comedian Hank Bonecutter, who saw a demand for stand up comedy in the Clarksville/Fort Campbell community. “With the help of sponsors like F&M Bank, Wendy’s, and Wyatt Johnson, we knew we could affect change in our community”, said Bonecutter. “All of the proceeds generated through the show’s ticket sales go directly to the charity, so people can make a tax deductible donation and enjoy a great show”.

Comedy on the Cumberland supports the Clarksville-Montgomery County Humane Society

 

The October 12th Comedy on the Cumberland PosterClarksville, TN – Tuesday night in Clarksville at the Roxy Regional Theater was the place to be. Four hilarious comedians rocked the house with laughter as the Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County benefited from a gala night.

Sponsors F&M Bank, Wyatt-Johnson, and Wendy’s brought Keith Alberstadt, Dan Whitehurst, X-man and Brother Preacher (Greg Lee) to the stage to the applause and laughter of a full house.

A special addition was the unexpected “Points of Light” sung by the cast from the Roxy Regional Theatre’s latest production, “Dracula the Musical,” a not-to-be missed musical; perfect for the Halloween season.

American Red Cross honors volunteers and unveils new ERV

 

The American Red Cross held their 93rd annual Annual Meeting & Volunteer Recognition Banquet Thursday night recognizing the contributions of their blood donors, their hard working volunteers, staff changes, selecting new board members, and discussing the future of the Clarksville-Montgomery Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Comedy on the Cumberland is coming!

 

Comedy on the CumberlandOn Tuesday April 13, at 7p.m. the Roxy Regional Theatre will host some of Nashville’s funniest comedians who will perform as part of “Comedy on the Cumberland,” a benefit for Project F.U.E.L. The show is the brainchild of Hank Bonecutter, host of WJZM’s The Bone Show, and a local comedian.

Comedy on the Cumberland will bring awareness to and raise money for a program that feeds hungry children in the Clarksville/Montgomery County school system. “Over twelve hundred school children leave school on Friday, and don’t have a solid meal again until they return to school on Monday”, said Bonecutter, “This is embarrassing and unacceptable”.
