Clarksville Police Department receives Mobile Command Vehicle

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Department took delivery of a new mobile command center vehicle (MCV) today, Wednesday, April 24th, 2019.

Several years of planning went into the procurement of the MCV. The mobile command center vehicle will be used in critical incidents when multiple police teams would be deployed and the command center would serve as a communication and planning area.

Clarksville Police respond to Fire at Clarksville Gun & Archery Shooting Range on Old Ashland City Road

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police report that there was a structure fire at Clarksville Gun & Archery Shooting Range, located at 2121 Old Ashland City Road ,which was called in around 12:35pm, Tuesday, March 12th, 2019.

The building housed an indoor shooting range. The fire was believed to have started in the attic.

All occupants were evacuated and no injuries have been reported.

Clarksville Police report Wilma Rudolph Boulevard Pedestrian Fatality

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – On Tuesday, June 23rd, 2015 at 12:33am, Clarksville Police Officer L. Harris responded to a crash at US-79 (Wilma Rudolph Boulevard) and Terminal Road.

A pedestrian entered the southbound travel lanes on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard for an unknown reason. The driver of a Nissan Pathfinder attempted to avoid striking the pedestrian by going left. The Pathfinder struck the pedestrian resulting in fatal injuries.

Clarksville Police asks Public for help Identifying Burger King Burglary Suspect

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police detective Andy Hurst is investigating a burglary that occurred at the Burger King by Ringgold Road on Fort Campbell Boulevard on June 6th, 2015 at approximately 1:30am and is requesting public assistance.

Detective Hurst was able to provide still photos of the suspect from Burger King’s security camera. The suspect reached in through the drive-thru window and took money out of the cash register.

Anyone that can identify the person in these photos is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 931.645.TIPS (8477).

Clarksville Police request Public Assistance in Burglaries in Trough Springs Area

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for assistance in multiple burglaries within the City of Clarksville and Montgomery County with the most recently being in the Trough Springs Area.

The suspects are driving either a Ford Explorer or Mercury Mountaineer with a Kentucky Temporary Tag. The vehicle is two tone blue and gray or tan on the bottom.
