Nashville District’s corps-managed campgrounds in Kentucky will reopen June 11th in alignment with Kentucky’s recently announced “Phase 2” reopening plan. Campground reservations were previously expected to be cancelled through May 31st. ![]() As part of a phased approach for reopening facilities as part of its COVID-19 reopening plan, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is opening its corps-managed campgrounds within the Cumberland River Basin in Tennessee June 1st, 2020. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District extends campgrounds closure through end of May

Free viewing areas in the path of totality have been designated at Lake Barkley in Kentucky, and Cheatham Lake, Old Hickory Lake, J. TWRA announces Boating Officers of the Year
Both officers are assigned to work District 21, a 12-county district in Middle Tennessee. District 21 contains the five major reservoirs of J. Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency officials made the original recommendations at the TFWC’s August meeting in Nashville. Next year’s regulations changes include umbrella/Alabama rigs, skipjack herring, wild trout streams, walleye on Cherokee Reservoir, and bass on Pickwick, Parksville and Cordell Hull reservoirs.
