Instant Peay Play: APSU Lady Govs lone senior Kristen Stainback wants to close career with return trip to postseason

 

Legends Bank, Clarksville TNClarksville, TN – As a freshman four years ago, Kristen Stainback and her teammates – including three other freshmen — went to the Ohio Valley Conference tournament, making it to the tournament’s second round.

Now three years later, two seasons without a postseason appearance, and being the lone player from that quartet of freshmen to remain, Stainback wants to finish her career enjoying every moment and helping this year’s teammates know how it feels to make the postseason.

Clarksville AcademyClarksville, TN – Clarksville Academy proudly announces Rebekah Lynn, the daughter of Dr. Bart & Kim Lynn as the school’s 2014 Homecoming Queen.

Rebekah is a senior at Clarksville Academy and is a member of the varsity soccer & tennis teams. She is also active in  Key Club, National Honor Society, FCA, & Senior Class President.  She was escorted by Connor Blackman, son of Dr. Scott & Jennifer Blackman.

Clarksville Zombie Hunters, “A Zombie Paintball Hayride Experience”

 

Clarksville Zombie HuntersCunningham, TN – We are pleased to announce the newest, most exciting attraction to come to the Clarksville area.

Clarksville Zombie Hunters is a haunted hayride styled attraction opening September 25th – November 2nd, 2014, every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night at dark.

Patrons ride on a trailer through the zombie infested woods and hunt down the walking dead with turret-mounted paintball guns.

Govs’ Newsome named semifinalist for Campbell Trophy

Austin Peay State University GovernorsDallas, TX – Nick Newsome, a senior long snapper on the Austin Peay State University football team, has been selected as a semifinalist for the 2011 William V. Campbell Trophy, the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) announced Thursday.
