2nd annual Zombie Run a real blast

 

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – Eric Yow and his team from Clarksville Zombie Hunters hosted its Second annual Zombie Run at Liberty Park on Saturday, October 28th, 2017, which this year evolved into a Zombie Chase Race.

“This is our 4th year in business,” Yow said. “We started in 2014 on a relatively small scale, and it has just exploded. Now, we have eight attractions at one location, like the zombie paint ball hay ride, which takes you through zombie infested woods. There is a turret-mounted paint ball gun, and you can literally shoot zombies in the face.”

Fort Campbell Riding Stables to hold Sweetheart Trail Ride February 7th and 8th

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Are you looking for something fun and different yet still romantic to do for Valentine’s Day? Join MWR at the Fort Campbell Riding Stables for a Sweetheart Trail Ride.

We’ll hold the rides on February 7th and 8th from 1:00pm to 4:30pm. The cost is $100.00 per couple and this includes a romantic two hour trail ride through the woods followed by a hay ride to scenic Lake Taal for fresh hot cocoa, a box of chocolates and a warm fire.

Each ride is limited to six couples so don’t delay – make your reservation now. You must pay at the time of reservation.

Enjoy an Easter Sunrise Trail Ride with the Fort Campbell Riding Stables

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Join Fort Campbell Riding Stables for an Easter Sunrise Trail Ride on April 20th from 6:00am to 9:00am. You’ll start off with an hour trail ride to Lake Taal where there will be an Easter sermon followed by a light breakfast, then an hour ride back to the stables.

The cost is $40.00 per person. Riders must be at least 8 years of age and children must be accompanied by an adult. The weight limit for the trail ride is 250 pounds and the ride is limited to 10 participants. «Read the rest of this article»

Family Hay Rides at Fort Campbell Riding Stables

 

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Have you been looking for a traditional activity that your Family can enjoy?  The Fort Campbell Riding Stables has what you need. Bring your Family and enjoy a Hay Ride through the recreational trails at Outdoor Recreation.

These rides are available every third Saturday during the months of April through August; the first, third and last Saturdays of September; and the second and fourth Saturdays of October. Rides start at 10:00am and the cost is $2.50 for ages 12 and under and $5.00 for ages 13 and above.

Fort Campbell Riding Stables Annual Easter Sunrise Trail Ride

 

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Join the Fort Campbell Riding Stables, on Sunday, April 8th, for their annual Easter Sunrise Trail Ride.

FCRS staff will guide you through the woods of Fort Campbell and out into a clearing by Lake Taal, where you will enjoy an Easter service and breakfast sermon as the sun rises behind the Chaplin.

Fort Campbell Riding Stables Spring Fling

 

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Spring break for Fort Campbell Schools is right around the corner. The Fort Campbell Riding Stables has spring break activities for the whole family.

Activities include: trail rides, pony rides, and hay rides during the Fort Campbell spring break.  Trial rides will be offered on April 19th and 21st at 10:30am and 1:00pm.

The trail ride cost is $20.00 per person and riders must be at least ten years of age. Any riders under the age of seventeen must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of eighteen. Trail ride participants must wear long pants, closed toe shoes, and a shirt with sleeves. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to ride times. «Read the rest of this article»

Fort Campbell Riding Stables Offering Hay Rides

 

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Patrons can enjoy traditional country Hay Rides through the recreational trails at Fort Campbell.

These rides are available every third Saturday of the month at 10:30am and 2:30pm. Hayrides last around 25 minutes and the cost to ride is $5.00 per person (4 and older). Children ages 3 years and under ride for $2.50, while children under the age of 1 are free.
