Tennessee Bureau of Investigation indicts Former Humphreys County Clinic Owner on Additional Charges

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – A joint investigation with Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and investigators with the McEwen Police Department has resulted in 64 additional charges against of the former owner/operator of a clinic in McEwen, who was arrested in May on charges related to drug diversion and prescription fraud.

At the request of 23rd District Attorney General Ray Crouch, on March 23rd, TBI Special Agents, working alongside detectives with the McEwen Police Department and Tennessee Department of Health, began investigating a complaint of drug diversion and prescription fraud at the Coleman Family Care Clinic in McEwen.

TBI arrests Brian Bric of Palmyra for Aggravated Assault of Deputies in Waverly

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – An investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has resulted in a Montgomery County man facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault, in connection with a 2015 shooting involving Humphreys County deputies.

On November 11th, 2015, at the request of 23rd District Attorney General Ray Crouch, TBI Special Agents began investigating an officer-involved shooting off Highway 13 in Waverly, TN.

Former Humphreys County Teacher accused of Misusing Schools funds in TBI Theft Case

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has obtained indictments for a former Humphreys County teacher accused of using a school-issued credit card for her personal benefit.

At the request of 23rd District Attorney General Dan Alsobrooks, TBI Special Agents began investigating Heather Wardlaw on November 26th, 2013.

Humphreys County Woman Indicted for Criminally Negligent Homicide for Brother’s Death

 

Tennessee Bureau of InvestigationNashville, TN – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested a Humphreys County, Tennessee woman for criminally negligent homicide after she was indicted by the Humphreys County Grand Jury for her role in her brother’s death last year.

Sarah Redmond, 29, of 201 Cyclone Lane, Waverly, TN was arrested yesterday in McEwen, TN and booked into the Humphreys County Jail on $2,500 bond. The District Attorney General requested TBI to investigate the death of 40-year-old Herbert Carl Redmond when he died on October 18th, 2011.
