Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department has turned off water service on Kelsey Drive from Dover Road to Ashley Oaks Drive to replace a water valve.
Low water pressure may also affect area residents during the work.
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are trying to identify a man who robbed the Circle K convenience store at 523 Dover Road, April 27th, 2018 shortly after midnight.
A heavy set male came in the store wearing a dark hoodie with a blue bandanna covering his face. He displayed a handgun and demanded money, He was given an undisclosed amount of money and then took several packs of cigarettes, left the store, and got into an unknown type vehicle parked on Kelsey Drive.
Clarksville, TN – On September 16th, 2017 Clarksville Police responded to a motorcycle and car crash occurred at Dover Road, near the intersection of Kelsey Drive resulting in a double fatality.
The deceased motorcyclist’s name is William Leidecker, 20, of Clarksville. The deceased driver’s name of the Ford Focus is Kathryn Burwell, 76, of Bradenton Florida.
Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, September 16th, 2017 around 12:32pm, Clarksville Police report a motorcycle and car crash occurred at Dover Road, near the intersection of Kelsey Drive resulting in a double fatality.
A 2017 Ford Focus, driven by a 76 year old female, pulled out of a convenience store and was crossing the westbound lane of Dover Road to head east on Dover Road (left turn). A 2009 Harley ridden by a 20 year was traveling west on Dover Road and collided with the car.
Clarksville, TN – On Friday, October 16th, 2015, 19-year-old Charlie Sabb made an open guilty plea to numerous charges.
Sabb was sentenced to serve on the following charges: Vehicular Homicide – 3 years to serve, Aggravated Assault – 2 years to serve, Aggravated Assault – 2 years to serve, Leaving the scene death – 1 year to serve, and False reports – 2 years to serve.
Clarksville, TN – Today, October 17th, 2014, the suspect to the Kelsey Drive fatal vehicle collision that occurred on December 10th, 2013 was taken into custody.
He had 5 petitions on file through Juvenile Court for Vehicular Homicide, Aggravated Assault (X2), Accidents Involving Death, and False Reports.

Clarksville, TN – On April 22nd, 2014, Detectives with the Clarksville Police Department Homicide Unit made two additional arrests in the death of 31 year old Mark Walraven of Clarksville Tennessee.
On April 14th, 2014, Walraven was found deceased in a vehicle that crashed into a telephone pole at the intersection of Lafayette Road and Kelsey Drive. Walraven died from two gunshot wounds he received during an altercation that originated minutes previously on the parking lot of Rural King located at 1141 Fort Campbell Boulevard. «Read the rest of this article»
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in the investigation of a fatal vehicle collision.
On December 10th, 2013 at around 10:30pm, a 2008 Ford Explorer was stolen in the area of Lafayette Road from an unknown location. The 2008 Explorer was occupied by two suspects; one black female with long straight hair (front passenger), and another unknown subject. «Read the rest of this article»
Clarksville, TN – On August 4th 2012 at about 1:30am, there was an armed robbery at the Kangaroo Express on Dover Road at Kelsey Drive.
The two suspects are black males. One was wearing all black with a white shirt tied around his head and carrying a handgun. The second suspect was wearing all red with a red bandana around his face.
They are believed to have left in a blue Oldsmobile with dark tinted windows.
Clarksville, TN – On October 10th, 2011, 2:25pm, Ryan Michael Watts, 25, 433 Kelsey Drive, Clarksville was outside in the yard with some friends and his two children. Ryan Watts had one of the adults spotting him as he backed up his Chevy SUV in the driveway.
At the time, he started to back the SUV, the driveway area was clear behind the vehicle. He had backed up a short distance and, unknown to Watts, his 2 year old daughter ran from the side of the driveway behind the SUV. One of the SUV tires ran over the two year old. «Read the rest of this article»
