Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are investigating an overnight shooting which occurred in the area of Tiny Town Road and Allen Road. The shooting occurred on Thursday, August 2nd, 2018 around 1:30am.

Clarksville Police were notified of the shooting after the fact. The 20 year old victim was shot multiple times in the area of Tiny Town Road and Allen Road, left the scene, and went to a friend’s house in Oak Grove, KY and then police were notified.

Clarksville Police asks public help finding Eric Davis with Aggravated Assault Warrant

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate Eric Tyreese Davis, age 21, height 5’0, weight 170lbs. He has an active Aggravated Assault warrant.

On Sunday, July 1st, 2018 at 12:08pm, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shooting already occurred at Grassland Drive. When they arrived, they found a 67 year old man who had sustained a gunshot wound to the foot.

Based on the investigation, there had been a verbal altercation between multiple individuals which escalated, resulting in the 67 year old man being shot.

Clarksville Police release name of Franklin Street Homicide Victim

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police responded to a shooting in the Franklin Street area Sunday night, June 17th, 2018. Officer discovered a women who was shot and later died from her wounds.

The homicide victim from the overnight shooting is Taren Lyles, 22, of Clarksville, TN. She also had her two young children (confirmed ages not available at this time) strapped into their car seats, in the back seat of the car, when she sustained her fatal injuries.

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police are investigating a homicide which occurred around 8:30pm last night, June 17th, 2018. Multiple calls came into 911 about shots fired in the area of Franklin Street.

When Clarksville Police Officers arrived in the area they found a car off the roadway in a field by Franklin and Eleventh Street. They found a woman, in her 20s, inside of a car that had been shot.

Clarksville Police arrest Shundarion Taylor for James Wells Homicide

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have made an arrest in the homicide of James Wells, 30, of Clarksville occurring at the The Verge, 1523 Nolen Road.

The investigation revealed the homicide occurred during a drug transaction. The suspect identified as Shundarion Taylor met with the victim, James Wells, to purchase drugs and during the course of the transaction an altercation ensued and James Wells was fatally shot in the back.

Shundarion Taylor has been arrested by Clarksville Police for the shooting death of James Wells.

Clarksville Police investigating Shooting Death on Nolen Road

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Around 10:00pm, on Tuesday, June 5th, 20187 Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shooting that had already occurred in the 1500 block of Nolen Road.

When officers arrived on scene, they found a male in his late 20s inside of a vehicle who had been shot.

He was transported by ambulance to Tennova Healthcare and, at some point died from his injuries.

The latest homicide, in which Timothy Ogburn is a person of interest, occurred this morning, Wednesday, May 23rd around 12:40am.

Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of Providence Boulevard and were flagged down at the 200 Block of Mitchell Street by a man who said a passenger inside of the vehicle had been shot.
