Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s 50 Plus Games set for May 11th-16th

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting registration for the 50 plus games for adults 50 and up from now until May 4th, 2020.
This year’s events will be May 11th-16th at venues across Clarksville, including Crow Recreation Center, Swan Lake Sports Complex, Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center, Austin Peay State University Foy Center, Ajax Turner Senior Center, D&D Black Light Mini Golf and Rossview High School track.

Clarksville, TN – Adults 50 and up can register now through May 6th for Clarksville Parks and Recreation’s 50 Plus Games. The mission of the 50 Plus Games is to encourage participants to maintain an active lifestyle and continue participation in sports and recreational activities through friendly, low-impact competition.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office works with Better Business Bureau to provide Active Shooter Response Course
Clarksville, TN – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with the Better Business Bureau to provide a Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (C.R.A.S.E.) training course to local businesses and their employees.
The C.R.A.S.E. workshop will be held on Tuesday, March 13th, 2018 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center located at 430 Warfield Boulevard, Clarksville, TN.

Banker’s To Bowl for Kids’ Sake
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville hosts annual event
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville area bankers are challenging each other to raise the most funds to support Big Brothers Big Sisters as it kicks off it’s 31st Annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake this evening, March 4th, 2014 at The Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center.
Last year the Banker’s Challenge collected over $30,000 for the local charity with ten of Clarksville area banks participating. F&M Bank raised over $6,500 in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville’s mentoring programs. «Read the rest of this article»
Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center Fundraiser for Brady Conatser a Success
Clarksville, TN – There was a rundraising event for Brady Conatser held at the Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center Saturday, January 28th. Those that came out were able to bowl from 9:00am to 11:00am for only $7.00. Everyone had a really good time and helped raise money for Brady’s rehabilitation.
“I just wanted to thank everyone for coming out this morning and supporting Brady.” said Tiffany Perry, Conatser’s cousin and organizer of the event.

Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center to hold Fundraising Event for Brady Conatser Saturday morning
Come out and Bowl for Brady
Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, January 28th there will be a fundraising event for Brady Conatser at the Pinnacle Family Entertainment Center. Dr. Mac Edington has donated the Pinnacle from 9:00am to 11:00am for free bowling that includes shoe rental. A donation of $7.00 will be collected at the door.
Conatser, a 2011 graduate of Montgomery Central High School, was paralyzed on December 27th when he became light headed and fell hitting his head on a truck bumper and then again on a bolt that was part of the car lift. Brady Conatser’s Fundraiser Auction a Huge Success
Cunningham, TN – On Saturday, January 21st at 6:00pm a Fundraiser Auction held at the Montgomery Central High School’s Thomas-Young Gym for Brady Conatser, a young man who was paralyzed in a fall during a fainting episode. All the money raised will help pay for Brady’s medical and rehabilitation bills.
Conatser, a 2011 graduate of Montgomery Central, was paralyzed on December 27th when he became light headed and fell hitting his head on a truck bumper and then again on a bolt that was part of the car lift. He damaged his c-4 vertebrae, breaking his neck. He is currently in Atlanta, GA at the Shepherd Center a world renowned rehabilitation center that specializes in spinal cord injuries in young people.
Around 300 people came to the Fundraiser Auction held at the Montgomery Central High School’s Thomas-Young Gym for Brady Conaster Saturday night.
