School Board Awards Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union Point of Pride

 

The Clarksville-Montgomery County School SystemClarksville, TN – Giving Clarksville-Montgomery County School System students real-world knowledge and hands-on experience has been made possible by this month’s Board of Education Point of Pride recipient, the Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union.
 
CMCSS’s Career Technical Education (CTE) has worked closely with FCFCU president and CEO Stewart Ramsey, vice president of retail operations Melody Swindall and executive vice president Maria McKee to plan and implement the student credit unions at Northeast High School and Rossview High School.

Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union cuts ribbon on Dover Crossing Branch

 

Fort Campbell Federal Credit UnionFort Campbell Federal Credit Union has opened the doors to its newest neighborhood banking location at 145 Dover Crossing Road. The 8,500 square foot branch will be the credit union’s tenth branch overall and its third location to open since the beginning of 2009. The new location is one of Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union’s state of the art Dialogue branches which provide a more personal banking experience for the customer.

The open environment of the dialogue branch has been well received by many of the credit union’s more than 36,000 members. Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union is the only financial institution in Clarksville to have dialogue branches. “We have always been dedicated to providing outstanding service to our members and the dialogue branches allow us to use new technology to take our service to the next level.”, says Stewart Ramsey, President and CEO of Fort Campbell Federal.

Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union opens student-run branches at NEHS & RHS

 

Fort Campbell Federal Credit UnionFort Campbell Federal Credit Union working together with the Clarksville-Montgomery County School system has kicked off a pilot program in which they have opened two student-run branches at North East High School and Rossview High School. The branches will be open from 11:00am through 12:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at Rossview; and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at North East.

Fort Campbell Federal Awards Scholarships

 

Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union awarded college scholarships to six student members totaling up to $10,000 each.

The Credit Union Scholarship Program was established to help graduating high school seniors pursue higher educations. The scholarships will be used to gain trade certification, undergraduate or associates degrees. Each scholarship will be paid directly to the school at a level of $1,250 per semester for up to eight semesters.

Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union announces $1 Million member giveback

 

fcfculogoFort Campbell Federal Credit Union has just announced that it will be giving $1 million back to its members in patronage dividends this year.

“We have given over $6 million back to members of the credit union over the past 5 years alone and we’re so proud to be able to continue this tradition”, says Stewart Ramsey, President and CEO of Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union.

The over 36,600 members of the credit union can look for the patronage dividend to be deposited into their share savings account the week of December 7th, 2009. The amount that each member will receive is calculated based on the length of membership and number of services used including checking, loans, and use of online banking.

Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union Offers Live Webcast Opportunity for Military Families

 

fcfculogo On December 7th, deployed soldiers will be able to connect with their friends and families via live web recordings at the Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union Branch on Fort Campbell military base. Those with friends or family deployed with the military, including soldiers and civil servants are invited to Operation Best Wishes where they can record a ten minute web video spot that can be watched live or sent by email to the deployed individual. There are 40 spots still available to be reserved at www.fortcampbellfederal.org. Military families at Fort Campbell with loved ones living in other states are also welcome to reserve time to make a video.

Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union previously held Operation Best Wishes in 2007 and is proud to be a part of this important event again this year. “With many of our members and employees involved in the military we recognize how stressful it is on families to be separated during the holidays. Receiving a video greeting from a loved one is one way we can help raise the spirits of those so far away and we are proud to take part in this program.” says Stewart Ramsey, President and CEO of Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union.

9th Branch Now Open for Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union

 

fcfculogoFort Campbell Federal Credit Union has opened the doors to its newly constructed branch at Tiny Town and Heritage Pointe Drive in Clarksville. The 4,700 square foot branch is the ninth for the credit union and the second of three planned dialogue branches to be complete by the fall of 2010. The branch at 500 Heritage Pointe Drive is also the second new branch to open this year for Fort Campbell Federal.

Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union breaks ground on their 10th branch

 

fcfulogoFort Campbell Federal Credit Union broke ground Monday on their newest branch, set to open in the summer of 2010 on Dover Crossing in Clarksville. The 8,500 square foot branch will be the credit union’s tenth branch overall and its third new location to open since the beginning of 2009. The state-of-the-art branch will be located on Dover Crossing just off of Fort Campbell Boulevard and will create approximately 15 new jobs in the area.

“Since opening our charter in 2004 to allow us to serve anyone who lives, works or attends school in the counties of Montgomery and Stewart in Tennessee and Christian, Trigg, and Todd in Kentucky, we have steadily added locations to accommodate our growing membership.” says Stewart Ramsey, President and CEO of Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union.
