Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – On Tuesday, November 10th, 2020, the Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has planned an area-wide water outage on Trenton Road from Hazelwood Drive to Eagles Bluff Drive for water main maintenance work.

The water outage and low water pressure will affect the following roads in the Eagles Landing Subdivision, Timber Springs Subdivision and Eagles Bluff Subdivision.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department has turned off water service in the Timber Springs subdivision to repair a water main leak on Castlewood Drive. The water outage includes Castlewood Drive, Timberdale Drive, Stillwood Drive, Golston Drive, Ridge Meadow Drive and Sand Stream Court.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water Department crews worked for 21 hours Sunday and Monday to repair a 12-inch sewer main line that failed near the intersection of Trenton Road and Stillwood Drive.

The break was 18-feet deep and under a large entrance wall for the Timber Springs subdivision.

Clarksville Police seek public help Identifying Vehicle Burglar on Camera

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department says this surveillance video is a prime example of why vehicles should be kept locked. On May 22nd, 2018 a man attempted to open the door, was unsuccessful and moved on.

But, after he moved on, police believe, he entered other cars which were unlocked on Barnhill Road, Thrasher Drive, Stillwood Drive, and Moss Road stealing money, a gun, military gear, ID cards, and wallets.

Clarksville Police makes Citizens Aware of recent Vehicle Burglaries

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police says that it looks like with the weather breaking, it did not take much time before thieves started committing vehicle burglaries in a neighborhood.

CPD has had several vehicle burglaries in the area of Stillwood Drive, off of Trenton Road. There was at least one gun stolen along with other property. The vehicles were unlocked or did not show signs of forced entry.

Please take the time to remove valuables and secure your vehicles.

With warmer weather, vehicle burglaries have increased in Clarksville.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Stillwood Drive Water Outage

 

Monday, May 12th, 2014

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Stillwood Drive to repair a water main leak. Area residents may also experience low water pressure during the water outage. The repair work is anticipated to be finished by approximately 12:00pm when water service will be restored.

The road is open to traffic.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Stillwood Drive from Timberdale Drive to Trenton Road to repair a six-inch water main leak. The repair work is anticipated to be completed by approximately 3:00pm.

The road is open to traffic.

Grand Jury indicts Man on October Fatal Crash

 

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On October 8th, 2011, around 11:24pm, a Chevy Silverado driven by Andrew Carter crashed head-on into a Nissan pickup, driven Tony Ray Stacker, 51 traveling northbound on Providence Boulevard. Stacker died in the crash.

Andrew Carter, of Clarksville was indicted by the grand jury and booked into Montgomery County Jail for DUI and Two Counts of Vehicular Homicide.
