Pacific Coast League falls 4-3 to International League to win 2015 Triple-A All-Star Game
The Sounds lone All-Star representative, outfielder Jason Pridie started and played the entire game. The 31-year-old went 2-for 5 on the night, with a pair of singles. The PCL held a 3-1 advantage heading into the ninth, but with the bases loaded Kyle Roller delivered a two-run single up the middle to even the score. After a pitching change, Lehigh Valley’s Tyler Henson singled home Indianapolis’ Alen Hanson for the go-ahead run.

Nashville Sounds pitcher Jimmy Nelson named Milwaukee Brewers Minor League Pitcher of the YearJimmy Nelson and Clint Coulter Named Recipients of the Robin Yount Performance Pitcher and Player of the Year Awards, Respectively
Nelson, 25, went 10-2 with a 1.46 ERA in 17 games (16 starts) at Triple-A Nashville, including 114 strikeouts and 32 walks in 111.0 innings. He allowed just three home runs and held opponents to a .179 batting average.

Nashville Sounds begin Four-Game Homestand Thursday, July 11thFeaturing 2 Fireworks Shows, 2 Giveaways and the I-40 Cup Series Finale
The series will be the finale of the four-part Tennessee Lottery I-40 Cup Series, which is currently knotted at six wins apiece between the two clubs.
