Clarksville Gas and Water Department to temporarily disrupt Natural Gas Service in Welchview Subdivision

 

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – On Thursday, June 27th, 2019, the Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) will begin a natural gas distribution system maintenance and service line upgrade project in the Welchview subdivision

Work will take place on week days and some Saturdays during daylight hours by Clarksville Gas Department personnel to replace several, but not all, customer service lines and to relocate the gas meter where necessary.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Madison Street/U.S. Highway 41-A South Scheduled Water Outage Expanded

 

Beginning Sunday, August 16th, 2015

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water scheduled water outage on Madison Street and U.S. Highway 41A South between McAdoo Creek Road and Highway 76 has been expanded from McAdoo Creek Road eastward to the Ivy Bend and Easthaven subdivisions on Ivy Bend Circle and Smith Lane.

The water outage and low water pressure will be the result of water main line installation work that will begin tonight at 11:00pm. The work will be ongoing for approximately fifteen nights beginning nightly at 11:00pm until 5:00am the following morning. «Read the rest of this article»

Clarksville Gas and Water announces Madison Street/U.S. Highway 41-A South Water Outage Planned

 

Beginning Sunday, August 16th, 2015

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has scheduled water main line installation work on Madison Street and U.S. Highway 41A South between McAdoo Creek Road and Hwy 76 beginning Sunday, August 16th, 2015 and lasting for approximately fifteen nights.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Highway 41A South/Madison Street Water Outage

 

Monday, October 6th, 2014

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on U.S. Highway 41A South and Madison Street near the Miller Road intersection to repair an eight-inch water main leak.

Water service will be disrupted from Shady Maple Drive to Sango Drive affecting Shady Maple Drive, Harper Road, Miller Road, Quail Hollow Road, Makowski Road, Sango Place and Sheffield Woods, Poplar Hills and Pine Village subdivisions. Area residents may also experience low water pressure during the work.

The repair is anticipated to be finished by approximately 9:00pm.

Clarksville Gas and Water Department reports U.S. Highway 41A/Madison Street Water Outage

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on U.S. Highway 41A-Madison Street between Excell Road and Sango Drive to repair a six-inch water main.

The outage also includes the following Welchview subdivision streets; Shady Maple Drive, Pam Drive, Kathleen Court and Sarah Beth Court. Area residents may also experience low water pressure during the work.

Construction crews anticipate the work to be finished by approximately 6:30pm.

The road is open to traffic.

Clarksville Police Department reports Suspect in Sango Walmart Shooting in Custody

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Early morning, May 8th, 2014, at 1:51am, Kevin Rozelle was taken into custody and transported to Montgomery County Jail. After the shooting at Walmart, Rozelle fled to a location in Robertson County.

The Clarksville Police Department would like to recognize the Robertson County Sheriff’s Department in apprehending Rozelle. CPD’s Detective Dennis Honholt and Officer McCray went to Pleasant View to take custody of Kevin Rozelle.
