Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsKnoxville, TN – The Tennessee Vols Football team returns to action this Saturday, October 5th as No. 3 Georgia comes to town for a primetime showdown at Neyland Stadium. Both teams are coming off an open date last weekend.

The Vols and Bulldogs will square off under the lights for the first time since 2011. Kickoff for Saturday’s game is slated for 7:00pm.

Saturday’s contest will be televised on ESPN with Sean McDonough (PxP), Todd Blackledge (analyst) and Holly Rowe (sideline) on the call.

Tennessee Volunteers - UT VolsAuburn, AL – Fresh off a bye week, the Tennessee Vols hits the road this weekend for a rare trip Auburn to take on the 21st ranked Tigers at Jordan-Hare Stadium.   

Kickoff for Saturday’s contest is slated for 11:00am CT on the SEC Network with Dave Neal (play-by-play) and D.J. Shockley (analyst) calling the action in the booth while Dawn Davenport will be reporting from the sidelines. Vol Network radio affiliates will have a live audio broadcast with Bob Kesling, Tim Priest and Brent Hubbs. Sirius (Channel 81) and XM satellite radio (Channel 81) will also carry the game.

Kickoff for Saturday’s contest is slated for 2:30pm CT on CBS with Brad Nessler (play-by-play) and Gary Danielson (analyst) calling the action in the booth while Jamie Erdahl will be reporting from the sidelines.

Tennessee Titans Third Round pick Mike Martin’s Motor Doesn’t Stop Running

Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – Getting more athletic and versatile on defense has been a goal of the Tennessee Titans’ coaching staff during the offseason. That’s why Michigan defensive tackle Mike Martin was an easy choice for them in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft.

Martin, a modern day Renaissance man known as a grinder on the football field, totaled 172 tackles, 10 sacks and 25 tackles for loss in 37 collegiate starts. Titans name Rocker Defensive Line Coach

 

Tennessee TitansNashville, TN – The Tennessee Titans named Tracy Rocker as defensive line coach.

Rocker joins the Titans after spending two seasons at Auburn as the defensive line coach. He brings a combination of success as a player and coach to the Titans defensive staff.

As a coach, he helped develop Auburn DT Nick Fairley into a Lombardi Award winner and AP All-American as a part of last season’s national title winning team.
