Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has closed a section of Franklin Street between Seventh Street and University Avenue to repair a water service line.
Traffic will be detoured to Seventh Street and University Avenue.
The repair is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 1:00pm.
