Clarksville area can expect Patchy Fog Tuesday Morning

 

National Weather ServiceNashville, TN – The National Weather Service reports patchy dense fog possible tonight in the Clarksville-Montgomery County area as well as parts of Middle Tennessee.

Low level moisture left over from this weekend and light to calm winds will combine to create a favorable environment for patchy dense fog development tonight. Starting as early as midnight and lasting through 8:00am Tuesday, visibilities of 1 mile or less will be possible. Please keep this in mind as you head out for your Tuesday morning commute.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation to hold Ribbon Cutting to Unveil Public Art on November 4th

 

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Parks and Recreation Department invites the public to a Ribbon Cutting for the first public art piece, Forged in Fire, installed in downtown Clarksville. Clarksville Police assistance with possible Road Rage Incident on October 13th, 2015

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Detective Kevin Shaw is requesting information about a possible road rage incident that occurred on October 13th, 2015, between the hours 3:30pm and 4:30pm involving a white Dodge Dakota and a white box truck traveling eastbound on TN State Route 374/ 101st Airborne Division Parkway.

Clarksville Police report Shooting on the 3100 Block of Fort Campbell Boulevard

 

Clarksville Police Department - CPDClarksville, TN – This morning, November 2nd, 2015 at 4:15am, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shooting incident that occurred in the parking lot of Independence Place Apartments on the 3100 block of Fort Campbell Boulevard.

One adult male victim was shot two times and had what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported by ambulance to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville Tennessee and is currently in stable condition.

For years, APSU business students had only one degree option—a Bachelor of Business Administration—with seven different concentrations in accounting, finance, economics, management, international management, general business and marketing.

Clarksville Gas and Water reports Hawkins Road Water Outage

 

Monday, November 2nd, 2015

Clarksville Gas and Water Department - CGWClarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Hawkins Road from Edmondson Ferry Road to Jen Hollow Road to relocate a fire hydrant. Low water pressure may also affect area residents.

East Johnson Circle will be closed to through traffic from Hawkins Road to Cloverdale Drive during the work.
