Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library “Food for Fines”  to Benefit Loaves and Fishes

Clarksville-Montgomery County Public LibraryClarksville, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library is excited to announce the Food for Fines food drive program that will allow library customers to exchange canned goods and other select foods for library overdue fines.

Food for Fines benefits Loaves and Fishes and will be held December 7th-18th, 2015 at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library. This is the second Food for Fines event this year following the success of the first Food for Fines campaign held by the library in May.

Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library now offers Fold3 Military Genealogy Database access

 

Clarksville-Montgomery County Public LibraryMontgomery County, TN – Genealogy enthusiasts now have access to a military genealogy database—Fold3—at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library (CMCPL).

Fold3 joins the genealogical database line-up already offered by the Library, including Heritage Quest and Ancestry.com. Researchers, hobby genealogists, and anyone interested in military genealogy can easily access more than 440 million records beginning with the Revolutionary War and bring to life the stories of America’s military veterans.

Businesses Recertify for Clarkville-Montgomery County Green Certification Program
