Downtown CommonsMontgomery County, TN – The Downtown Commons’ Downtown @ Sundown Concert Series is back this Friday, June 7th, 2019. Event begins at 7:00pm.

Come join us for a night of FREE music and fun. Tennessee Pluckers will open the night up with an arrangement of southern rock. Rolling Stones Tribute act, Satisfaction, will take the stage at 8:00pm.

Downtown at SundownClarksville, TN – Downtown Commons’ Downtown @ Sundown Concert Series & Street Fair is this Friday, June 15th at 6:00pm. Come join us for a night of FREE music and family fun. Featuring Trailer Choir, charting the Billboard Hot Country Charts with songs like “Rockin’ the Beer Gut” and “What Would You Say.”

Openers include Aaron Lessard, a solo artist based in Nashville, known for having a heavy jazz influence and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Chris Turner, a singer/ songwriter from Ninety Six, South Carolina.

Celebrate Christmas at Downtown Commons

 

Montgomery County Government TennesseeMontgomery County, TN – This Saturday, December 2nd, 2017 there will be multiple activities taking place in the Downtown Commons and throughout downtown to celebrate the Christmas Season. SpiritFest begins at the Downtown Commons at 2:00pm, kicking off with Northeast High School Show Choir, Starlight Grande performance, Infinity Dance Fitness Academy, Clarksville Academy, and Rossview Singing Hawks.

At 3:30pm, the Montgomery Central Elementary School Choir will perform followed by greetings from Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett at 3:45pm.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation announces Art on the Park Contest Winners

 

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is happy to announce the winners of this year’s Art on the Park Contest.

Not only will winning artists paint their artwork on the skate park walls, but the winning musician will perform live at the Art on the Park event on Saturday, October 15th at the Heritage Park Skate Park, located at 1241 Peacher’s Mill Road.

Clarksville Parks Recreation announces Heritage Park Skate Park Art Contest

 

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Parks Recreation Department is once again seeking entries for its Art on the Park contest. This contest takes place every two years in an effort to beautify the Heritage Park Skate Park and to deter graffiti.
