Pre-trial hearing for Two Fort Campbell Soldiers concludes

 

Fort Campbell KY - 101st Airborne DivisionFort Campbell, KY – The pre-trial hearing in the cases of two 101st Airborne Division Soldiers who have been charged in the disappearance and death of Pfc. Shadow McClaine concluded April 11th on Fort Campbell after two days of proceedings.

Pursuant to Article 32 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and Rules for Courts-Martial (RCM) 405, the purpose of the Article 32 preliminary hearing for the cases against Sgt. Jamal Williams-McCray and Spc. Charles Robinson was to:

Fort Campbell reports Remains of missing 101st Soldier discovered

 

Fort Campbell KY - 101st Airborne DivisionFort Campbell, KY – The skeletal remains found Monday near Exit 19 off of Highway 24 in Robertson County, Tennessee, have been confirmed by medical examiners as Fort Campbell Soldier Pfc. Shadow McClaine.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation recovered the remains of McClaine, a 101st Airborne Division Soldier, who had been missing since September 2016.

Senior officials at Fort Campbell and special agents from the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command – the lead investigative agency – are in close communication with the family and TBI at this time.

Two 101st Airborne Soldiers charged in disappearance of Pfc. Shadow McClaine

 

Fort Campbell KY - 101st Airborne DivisionFort Campbell, KY – The U.S. Government preferred charges November 18th, 2016 against Sgt. Jamal Williams-McCray and Spc. Charles Robinson in the disappearance of Pfc. Shadow McClaine.

Both Soldiers are assigned to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).

The Soldiers are currently in pre-trial confinement, pending a preliminary hearing.

Clarksville’s Roxy Regional Theatre presentation of Green Day’s “American Idiot” kicks off Friday, April 29th

 

Clarskville's Roxy Regional TheatreClarksville, TN – The Roxy Regional Theatre is turning up the volume this Friday, April 29th at 8:00pm when CDE Lightband presents Green Day’s “American Idiot!”.  In keeping with our traditional opening night pay-what-you-can tradition, all tickets remaining at the box office will go on sale at 7:30pm Friday evening for a $5.00 minimum donation.

Struggling to find meaning in a post-9/11 world, Johnny (Joseph Spinelli), Tunny (Charles Walljasper Robinson) and Will (Ryan Alvarado) flee the constraints of their hometown for the thrills of city life.  Their paths are quickly estranged when Tunny enters the armed forces, Will is called back home to attend familial responsibilities, and Johnny’s attention becomes divided between a seductive love interest and a hazardous new friendship.
