APSU claims OVC Institutional Sportsmanship AwardAPSU Sports Information
The award goes to the conference institution selected by its peers to have best exhibited the standards of sportsmanship and ethical conduct as outlined by the OVC and NCAA. This is Austin Peay’s second institutional sportsmanship honor; the Govs last won the award following the 2007-08 academic year. Rutherford Heart Walk and Fun Run just one month away, September 14th
This all-ages event is free and open to the entire community. Fundraising is highly encouraged. Teams can sign up and set fundraising goals at www.rutherfordheartwalk.org. Ohio Valley Conference Basketball Tournament festivities gearing up for Austin Peay State University Fans
It all starts prior to the first game of the men and women’s tournament as the APSU Alumni Relations Office will host a Pre-Game Pep Rally at Municipal Auditorium in Room M-27.
