Erik Alfsen Khowst Province, Afghanistan – As the sun rose on a beautiful day in eastern Afghanistan, hundreds of Soldiers from 3rd Brigade Combat Team “Rakkasans,” 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), came together to celebrate Easter, March 31st. Sounds Fall To Omaha In Easter Matinee, 7-3Greinke Works 2 2/3 Innings In Rehab Start For Nashville
Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Zack Greinke, currently on a rehabilitation assignment while recovering from a cracked left rib, made his first start for the Sounds after one rehab outing at Advanced-A Brevard County last Tuesday. Greinke – who took a no-decision for Nashville – allowed two runs on three hits over 2 2/3 innings, throwing 54 pitches (32 strikes). He walked one batter and struck out two.
