Clarksville, TN – On Wednesday, June 17th, 2020, the Clarksville Gas and Water Department turned off water service on Bryan Road from Lisa Court to Excell Road for water main leak repair. Low water pressure may also affect the vicinity during the work.
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has closed a section of East Old Ashland City Road between Bryan Road and the Excell Road and Ashland City Road intersection to repair a water service line.
Motorists will be redirected to Ashland City Road and Bryan Road to avoid the utility work zone.
Clarksville, TN – Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says the trailer stolen from Excell Baptist Church between September 3rd and 4th has been located and recovered. The thief is still at large and the contents are still missing.
The trailer and its contents are used for small and large disaster relief work by the church.

Clarksville, TN – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a trailer stolen from a local church.
The theft occurred sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning from Excell Baptist Church on Excell Road. The trailer and its contents are used for small and large disaster relief work by the church.
The box trailer is fifteen feet long, white in color, with Excell Baptist Church in black lettering on both sides.
Clarksville, TN – Today, April 19th, 2016, at 2:00pm, Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan, the Clarksville City Council, CPD Chief Al Ansley, CPD personnel, the Clarksville Streets Department, and Tyler Barrett’s family and friends gathered together at an event to unveil a road sign honoring Tyler Barrett.
Detective Barrett, a long-time officer with the Clarksville Police Department and a dedicated husband, father and public servant, died in November 2015. The sign was installed near the intersection of 41-A at Excell Road.
Clarksville Gas and Water reports Madison Street/U.S. Highway 41-A South Scheduled Water Outage Expanded
Beginning Sunday, August 16th, 2015
Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water scheduled water outage on Madison Street and U.S. Highway 41A South between McAdoo Creek Road and Highway 76 has been expanded from McAdoo Creek Road eastward to the Ivy Bend and Easthaven subdivisions on Ivy Bend Circle and Smith Lane.
The water outage and low water pressure will be the result of water main line installation work that will begin tonight at 11:00pm. The work will be ongoing for approximately fifteen nights beginning nightly at 11:00pm until 5:00am the following morning. «Read the rest of this article»

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has scheduled water main line installation work on Madison Street and U.S. Highway 41A South between McAdoo Creek Road and Hwy 76 beginning Sunday, August 16th, 2015 and lasting for approximately fifteen nights.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water has turned off water service on Ashland City Road from Fawn Drive and Excell Road to repair a water valve. The road is open to traffic.
Construction crews anticipate the repair to be finished and water restored by approximately 12:00pm.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water will turn off water service on Bryan Road in the Woodridge Estates subdivision from Excell Road to Luke Drive at 8:00am on Monday, November 3rd, 2014, to replace a fire hydrant. Area residents may also experience low water pressure during the work.
The hydrant replacement is anticipated to be finished and water service restored by approximately 11:00am. The road will be open to traffic.
