Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office apprehends Cemage Garrard

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office led by Sergeant William Wall apprehended Cemage Darquez Garrard at approximately 3:00pm this afternoon, November 25th, 2017 at an apartment in the 700 block of Main Street.

Garrard, 23, had multiple warrants on file for two counts of aggravated kidnapping, two counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, two counts of felony evading in a vehicle, three counts of driving on a suspended or revoked license, improper stopping at a stop sign, following to close, leaving the scene of an accident, violation of probation and escape.

Cemage Darquez Garrard was arrested by Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm.

Tennessee Highway Patrol Conducts Traffic Stop, Locates 28 Pounds of Marijuana

 

Tennessee Highway Patrol - THPCookeville, TN – On July 12th, 2017, Trooper Al Seitner of the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) Cookeville District stopped a vehicle in Putnam County for following another vehicle too closely.

The driver, 25-year-old Jonathan Kossa of Cookeville, Tennessee appeared extremely nervous for a simple traffic violation. While talking to Kossa, Trooper Seitner observed a large cardboard box in the back seat of the vehicle. When asked what was in the box, Kossa said he did not know as he was transporting the box for his roommate.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies discover Drugs, Cash during Traffic Stop

 

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office - MCSOClarksville, TN – Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office have confiscated nearly $50,000 in drugs, pills, cash, electronics, and firearms during a traffic stop.

Early Monday morning, Deputy Dale BeCraft initiated a traffic stop on Zinc Plant Road. The driver, Mario Andretti Reed, 46, initially stopped but then drove off at a high rate of speed.

Reed’s vehicle, a 2003 Nissan Maxima, was later spotted by Deputy David Cox who initiated a second traffic stop on Elk Drive.
