Fort Campbell’s Outdoor Recreation to Hike, Bike and Climb in February

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Stay active with Outdoor Recreation Adventure Programs in February.

Garden of the Gods Day Hike, February 1st from 8:00am to 5:00pm. For ages 12 and up. The cost is $25.00 and this includes your transportation. Hike the moderate Indian Point Trail and the Observation Trail. Registration deadline is 4:00pm on January 30th.

Open Climb, February 3rd and 14th, from 10:00am to 4:00pm, and February 12th, 21st and 27th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. The cost is $10.00. Come try out the Indoor Climbing Wall. Fort Campbell’s Outdoor Recreation Adventure Programs will be Climbing, Paddling and Biking in September

 

Fort Campbell's Morale, Welfare and Recreation - MWRFort Campbell, KY – Join Outdoor Recreation Adventure Programs for some great activities this month. They’ll start the month off with an Open Climb at their brand new indoor climbing wall on September 4th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Ages 12 and up may participate and the cost is $10.00 which includes all of your equipment.

This is a great way to work on your skills or meet other climbers in the area. All participants must pass a belay certification prior to using the wall. Preregistration is required by 4:00pm on September 2nd. «Read the rest of this article»

Fort Campbell’s Outdoor Recreation Adventure Programs’ June Schedule

 

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Finally it’s June!  Let Outdoor Recreation Adventure Programs help you find something fun to do. They’ll start the month off with a Wilderness First Aid Class on June 1st and 2nd from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Wilderness Medicine Institute provides the highest quality education and information for the recognition, treatment and prevention of wilderness emergencies. This hands-on training will provide you with the skills and tools to make difficult medical decisions in remote settings.

Hike, Bike, Climb and Canoe with Fort Campbell’s Outdoor Recreation in March

 

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Join Outdoor Recreation Adventure Programs for some of the great activities they have planned for March. They’ll start the month off with a Kings Bluff Climbing Trip on March 2nd from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Everyone age 12 and up is invited to participate.

Kings Bluff is a scenic two mile crag located just 15 minutes from post. The cost is $35.00 and includes transportation and equipment.  Please bring appropriate clothing, water, snacks, and a packed lunch.
